How to register and maintain a study on UK-VCSR.

Getting started
  1. Create a researcher account
  2. Complete the structured submission form with the minimum dataset
  3. Submit for curator review
  4. Update your listing every six months and upon completion
  5. Use Mark completed to submit completion date, summary of findings, and publication link

Minimum dataset
  • Study title, condition (SNOMED CT where possible), species, lay summary
  • Primary and secondary objectives
  • Eligibility criteria, study type, recruitment status, start date, sample size, duration
  • Location(s), sponsor, funder, study contact person and email
  • Open to referrals from primary practices (yes/no)
  • Ethical and/or regulatory approvals, ethical considerations, ATC details, conflict of interest
