A randomised controlled trial comparing two licensed management protocols for equine squamous gastric ulceration in performance horses. The study aims to determine whether a modified feeding and omeprazole protocol improves healing rates at 28 days compared with standard care.

Adult horses with endoscopically confirmed squamous gastric ulcers grade ≥2.
